Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jack Ryan Junior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Georges Carwin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Carwin shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Ryan Junior's guard. Carwin trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Carwin trying to control but Ryan Junior is working from the bottom.
Carwin drops back looking for a leg! Ryan Junior is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Ryan Junior manages to kick Carwin off! Carwin jumps back into Ryan Junior's guard. Carwin looking to pass the guard. Ryan Junior will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Carwin scores a takedown into full mount! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Carwin wants to finish this one by submission but Ryan Junior is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Carwin.

Ryan Junior tries to hold on but Carwin postures up. Ryan Junior really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Ryan Junior tries to hold on but Carwin postures up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Carwin controlling from the full mount. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Carwin looking to finish with strikes here!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Georges Carwin dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Ryan Junior shoots and misses
and Carwin counters with a nice double leg into guard. Ryan Junior is trying to control the position but Carwin postures up. Carwin tries to free his leg and advance position but Ryan Junior is retaining full guard.
Ryan Junior is working an open guard so Carwin takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Ryan Junior doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Carwin counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Carwin thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Ryan Junior to regain full guard. Carwin sitting in guard here, content to control. Carwin wants to control from the top but Ryan Junior keeps moving.

and Carwin counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jack Ryan Junior. That's going to take a lot out of him. Carwin controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Carwin trying to control the position from guard on top but Ryan Junior is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Carwin stands up and waves to Ryan Junior to follow him. Carwin is breathing heavily. Carwin goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Carwin closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Carwin controls the position. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Ryan Junior parries the strikes from Carwin easily there. Carwin is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Ryan Junior to escape.

Carwin darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Ryan Junior trying to hold on to Carwin's head to control him but Carwin postures up.
Carwin tries to stand and escape but Ryan Junior is controlling the position.

Carwin decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Ryan Junior, up you get! Carwin takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Ryan Junior with a poor takedown
and Carwin counters with a nice double leg into guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Ryan Junior trying to control the position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Ryan Junior pulls Carwin in to control the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Georges Carwin showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Carwin is looking for a kimura but Ryan Junior is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Carwin to get the leverage. Carwin stalling away here and it's allowed Ryan Junior to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Ryan Junior tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Carwin throws a sloppy head kick and Ryan Junior moves out of range easily.
Carwin closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Carwin lands in his opponent's guard. Ryan Junior has a closed guard, preventing Carwin from standing up.

Carwin drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Carwin jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Carwin chips away with some ground and pound. Carwin wants to control from the top but Ryan Junior keeps moving. Carwin must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
And that's the end of the fight! Georges Carwin comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Carwin has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
