The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hammel tries to clinch up but Voit circles away and keeps his distance.
Voit just misses with a punch to the body.
Stan Hammel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hammel misses with a takedown attempt
and Voit counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Hammel shoots and misses
and Voit counters with a crisp right hand that drops Hammel! Voit lets Hammel back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

It looks like Stan Hammel has been cut.
Hammel glances at the clock... BAM! Voit nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Hammel crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Hammel is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
