Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Maxim Dragunov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dimitry McFarlen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dragunov kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Soviet National Anthem. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, William Peck and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McFarlen scores with a jab. Dragunov acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
McFarlen lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
McFarlen uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Dragunov.
Dragunov takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
McFarlen closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
A right hand to the body from Dragunov.
Dragunov lands a nice knee to the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
McFarlen is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Dragunov is defending well for now.
McFarlen throws a head punch that misses.

Still in the clinch, McFarlen scores with a nice short uppercut.
Dragunov escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Dragunov misses with a leg kick
and McFarlen counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Dragunov connects with a high kick.
It looks like Dimitry McFarlen has been cut.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Dragunov! McFarlen is out on his feet! Dragunov rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - McFarlen is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! McFarlen is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
