Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Marrow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Donnie Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Johnson's choice of entrance music: Beware-Big Pun. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Franklyn Lucas and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marrow works over Johnson's head and body with a nice combination.
John Marrow seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
No luck for Marrow with that takedown attempt.
Johnson shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Johnson was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Marrow working to try and regain half guard.

Johnson stands up from mount. Strange move.
Marrow moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Johnson is rocked!
It looks like Donnie Johnson has been cut.
Marrow instigates a clinch.
Johnson is still on wobbly legs! Can Marrow finish him?

Marrow creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Marrow breaks the clinch.
Marrow misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Marrow throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Johnson stumbling backwards into the cage! Johnson bounces back off the cage towards Marrow, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Marrow lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Marrow celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). John Marrow!
