Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Davis Paul Marcus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Starr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tommy Starr!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Wagner Zegers and Nard Betker.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marcus swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Starr.

Marcus lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Marcus.

and Marcus counters with a good low kick that Starr was not able to check.
Marcus feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Starr's calf.

Starr lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
That kick from Marcus tenderised Starr's leg. Starr is trying to keep his angry face on.

Marcus jabs Starr right on the nose. Starr blinks but takes it well.
Marcus with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Marcus lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.


That has opened up Tommy Starr's cut even more.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Starr's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Marcus scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Marcus throws a right and a left that Starr avoids nicely.

Marcus pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Starr back to the cage. Marcus follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
