Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Armas Paisti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scott Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paisti comes to the cage accompanied by AC/DC - Back In Black . Scott Miller is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fighters circle momentarily. Paisti darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Paisti throws a series of punches but Miller avoids them all with ease. Miller moves out of range of the strikes. Paisti rushes Miller and presses him up against the cage. Good anti-grappling being displayed by Paisti as Miller tries to tie him up. Paisti looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Paisti misses with a hook to the ribs.
Paisti pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Paisti throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Miller counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Miller stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Paisti swivels though and keeps the full guard. Miller stands and throws Paisti's legs to the side, diving into side control. Miller in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Miller wants to lay and pray for a moment but Paisti keeps working. Paisti is trying to get back to his feet. Paisti parries the strikes from Miller easily there. Miller is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Paisti to escape.
Paisti is looking to regain half guard here but Miller keeps moving and retains side control.

Paisti pushes Miller away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Miller gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Paisti is trying to control Miller's posture but Miller avoids it. Miller tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Miller misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

He's tossed Paisti clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Paisti is trying to stand back up. Paisti has his hands over his head blocking the strikes from Miller. Paisti is trying to get back to his feet. He's worked up on to his knees and now he's on his feet with his head on the canvas, trying to shake Miller off. It looks like it's working - Miller slides off, much to his dismay, and we're back to standing! Paisti displaying calm under pressure there. Paisti tries to keep at a distance but Miller has taken the fight into the clinch. Miller has hold of one of Paisti's legs. Paisti is fighting the takedown attempt but Miller gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Paisti wants to stand and escape but Miller is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Paisti trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Miller trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Paisti pushes Miller off and gets back to his feet.

Miller has picked Paisti up - he's going for a ride! Miller dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Miller tries to pass to full mount but Paisti defends it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Paisti thuds a left hand into Miller's body. Paisti closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Paisti is trying to push Miller away but Miller has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Miller lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
