Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nick Brighton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Twat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brighton comes into the arena with Rage Against The Machine - Bulls On Parade blaring out of the sound system. Nick Brighton has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Frank Dennis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brighton wants to clinch
and Twat counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Brighton throws a hook but Twat avoids it easily.
Brighton pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Brighton jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Some wild striking there from Brighton.
Brighton misses with a leg kick
and Brighton takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Brighton misses with a combination
enabling Twat to counter with a crisp jab.
Twat connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
An inside leg kick lands from Twat.
Twat is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Twat lands a big head kick that sends Brighton tumbling to the mat! Twat takes a step backwards and waves Brighton back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Brighton is rocked!
Brighton misses with a jab to the body
and Twat counters with an outside leg kick.
Oh Brighton is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Brighton is breathing heavily.
Twat chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Brighton seems to have got his legs back now.
A good leg kick by Twat.
Twat connects with a leg kick. Brighton looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Nick Brighton seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Twat scores with a nice body kick.
Twat thows a body kick. Brighton tries to catch it but that hurt him.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Twat. Brighton shrugs it off though.
Twat moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Brighton misses with a lunging right hand
and Twat counters with a low kick, right behind Brighton 's knee.
Brighton on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Twat throws a front kick that sends Brighton stumbling back into the cage.

and Twat makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Brighton really felt that one!
Twat throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Twat lands a big head kick that sends Brighton tumbling to the mat! Twat takes a step backwards and waves Brighton back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Nick Brighton has been cut.
A nice leg kick lands there from Twat.
Twat tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Twat throws a sloppy head kick and Brighton moves out of range easily.
Twat lands a nice leg kick that just misses Brighton's sensitive parts.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Brighton crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Twat - the referee stops the clock and Brighton gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Twat. Brighton manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Brighton swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Twat counters with an inside leg kick.
Brighton is keeping his hands low and just asking to be knocked out. Twat Raises his leg and lands a stunning axe kick! Brighton is out cold, face down on the mat!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). John Twat!
