Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryu Tanaka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Panameno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Panameno shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Tanaka as he avoids it easily.
Panameno fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Tanaka looks to land a combination. Panameno sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Panameno shoots in but Tanaka avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Tanaka clinches up with Panameno and pushes him back against the cage.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Tanaka cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Panameno stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Tanaka swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
