Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Darius Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kojo Dixon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson comes to the cage accompanied by Out Here Grindin-DJ Khaled. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Darius Jackson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kojo Dixon! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Gwen Towbar and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jackson throws a right and a left that Dixon avoids nicely. Dixon looks frusrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Kojo Dixon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dixon fails with an attempt to clinch.
Jackson instigates a clinch. Jackson tries to score a body lock takedown but Dixon shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Jackson changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Dixon fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Jackson misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jackson throws a series of punches but Dixon moves out of range. Dixon throws a big shot that misses. Dixon clinches but Jackson breaks the clinch letting Jackson counter with a right hand.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jackson throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Dixon closes the distance looking to clinch and Jackson counters with a nice uppercut. Jackson has taken the fight to the clinch.

Jackson keeping moving, preventing Dixon from controlling successfully. Dixon prevents Jackson from getting back to his feet. Dixon trying to control but Jackson is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dixon is looking to advance position but Jackson has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dixon keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Dixon is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jackson avoids the attempt from Dixon to control. Dixon tries to reverse the position but Jackson maintains control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dixon wants to hold on but Jackson pushes him away.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Kojo Dixon. Jackson throws a wild combination but nothing lands. A combination from Jackson does no damage. Jackson misses with a two punch combination.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Dixon closes this distance looking for a takedown but Jackson circles away. Darius Jackson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Nice takedown defense from Jackson. No joy for Dixon on that attempt. Darius Jackson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kojo Dixon. Jackson throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Jackson is breathing heavily. Dixon keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Jackson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Dixon fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Darius Jackson dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Dixon shoots in and drives through. Jackson sprawls well. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Dixon. Nice jab there from Dixon. Dixon fails with an attempt to clinch.

Dixon buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Jackson keeps the fight on the outside. Nice sprawl there from Jackson as Dixon shoots in. Jackson avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jackson throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Dixon counters with a low kick, right behind Jackson 's knee. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Dixon moves out of range of the strikes. Dixon wants to clinch. Dixon misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Jackson.

and Jackson counters with a three punch combo that has Dixon backing up. Dixon nods at Jackson to acknowledge the strikes. Dixon tries to clinch but Jackson is having none of it. Dixon misses with a wild combination.

Dixon is rocked! Jackson throws a right and a left that both miss. Dixon is still on wobbly legs! Can Jackson finish him? Dixon circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Jackson. Dixon falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Jackson!
