Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cain Velasquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and uh Winner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Velasquez's entrance music is Mexican Anthem. A fine choice. uh Winner is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Velasquez throws a right and a left that Winner avoids nicely.
Velasquez has his takedown stuffed
letting Winner counter with a right hand.

and Winner counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Velasquez shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
enabling Winner to counter with a crisp jab.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Cain Velasquez. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Winner closes the distance and pushes Velasquez back into the cage.
Winner with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.

It looks like Cain Velasquez has been cut.
