Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dureal Robinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kurt Bays (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dureal Robinson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kurt Bays! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Tiny Johnson and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Robinson fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Robinson shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Robinson showed some decent athleticism there. Bays is trying to stand.
Robinson is figuring out what he wants to do next. Robinson seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Bays for as long as he can get away with. Robinson has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Dureal Robinson. Robinson closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Bays quickly recovers to half guard. Robinson perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Bays really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Robinson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Bays can do anything to dispel that myth.
That's one minute gone in the round. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Bays tries to kick Robinson off but Robinson keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Dureal Robinson. Robinson shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Bays but Bays pushes him off and we're back to square one. Robinson shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dureal Robinson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Robinson keeps the fight on the outside. Bays tries to clinch but Robinson is having none of it. Bays is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Bays fails in his attempt to clinch. Bays tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Bays stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Bays wants it to stay on the feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Bays doesn't manage to clinch there - Robinson circles away.
Robinson fails with a takedown attempt. Robinson changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Bays looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Bays prevents Robinson from improving position. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. Robinson has hold of Bays's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Bays seems comfortable defending it but Robinson has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Bays is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Bays is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Robinson couldn't care less - he's delighted!
