The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Silva throws out a loose jab but Long uses good head movement to avoid it.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Silva changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Long looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Silva goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Long has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Silva but great work by Long.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
