The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beltran lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Beltran.
It looks like Guied Smith has been cut.
Beltran tries to close the distance and clinch up but Smith swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Beltran falls off balance throwing a combination
and Smith counters with a lovely straight right hand!
It looks like Ritchie Beltran has been cut.
A telegraphed right hand from Beltran misses the target.
Beltran throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Smith throws a series of punches but Beltran avoids them all with ease.
Beltran misses with a jab to the body
and Smith counters with a huge uppercut, hook combination that drops Beltran! The ref has seen enough - he's dived in to stop the fight! Brutal strikes by Smith!
