The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Riley cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Riley closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Saint Randy breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Riley tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Riley has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Saint Randy tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Riley wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Riley wants to finish this one by submission but Saint Randy is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Riley.

Saint Randy turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Riley off and cradles Saint Randy's limp body as Riley celebrates with his corner.
