The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riley shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Yarimia as he avoids it easily.
Riley moves out of range as Yarimia throws a body kick.
Yarimia tries a head kick but it misses.
Yarimia tries to bum rush Riley with a series of wild strikes but Riley uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Riley changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Yarimia tries to avoid it but Riley manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Yarimia to the ground. Yarimia escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Riley connects with a leg kick. Yarimia looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Yarimia throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Riley lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Yarimia circles away quickly and effectively.
No joy there for Yarimia, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Riley shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Yarimia as he avoids it easily.
Joe Yarimia has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joe Riley.
Riley fails with an attempt to clinch.
Riley avoids a kick to the body.
Yarimia throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Riley tries to clinch up.
Yarimia dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Riley looks gassed!
Riley throws a series of punches but Yarimia moves out of range.
Yarimia misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Riley throws a right hand that Yarimia ducks under and follows up with a left that Yarimia also avoids with ease.
Yarimia works Riley's body with a nice hook.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Yarimia lands a big head kick that sends Riley tumbling to the mat! Yarimia takes a step backwards and waves Riley back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Joe Riley has been cut.
Yarimia works Riley's body with a nice hook.
Yarimia circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Riley drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Yarimia follows Riley to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
