The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bestrada tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Ozols counters with a stiff right hand.
It looks like Ginggoy Bestrada has been cut.
Bestrada swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Ozols cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Henrijs Ozols seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bestrada tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Bestrada rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ozols moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Bestrada throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ozols's waist but Ozols gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bestrada off to one side.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Ozols seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Bestrada does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Ozols is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Bestrada is just riding it out for now. Ozols eventually gives up the hold.
