Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Bowron (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Fletcher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fletcher has chosen Gallows - London is the reason as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Ryan Bowron! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Johnny Fletcher! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Steven Brown and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fight stays on the outside here - Bowron looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Fletcher misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Bowron misses with a takedown and Fletcher counters with a nice double leg into guard. Bowron has his feet on Fletcher's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. The fight moves into the clinch position. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Fletcher. Fletcher being controlled against the cage. Fletcher tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Bowron just stands there and leans against the cage. Bowron gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Fletcher regains guard.
Bowron trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Bowron stopping the sweep attempt from Fletcher. Bowron looking to sit in guard and control but Fletcher gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bowron being controlled here, momentarily. Fletcher postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Bowron is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Fletcher, into his guard. Fletcher looking to hit a scissor sweep but Bowron is one step ahead there. Bowron trying to control but Fletcher is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Bowron stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Fletcher swivels though and keeps the full guard. Bowron trying to control but Fletcher is working from the bottom. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Ryan Bowron just wasn't active enough. Bowron shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Fletcher sprawls well. Fletcher wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Bowron gets slowly back to his feet. Fletcher blocks a head kick by Bowron.
Ryan Bowron seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bowron closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Bowron lands in his opponent's guard. Fletcher wants to sweep here but Bowron controlling him for the moment. Fletcher preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Bowron postures up in Fletcher's guard and throws a big left but Fletcher blocks it. Fletcher utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Fletcher controls Bowron momentarily but Bowron frees himself. Bowron is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Fletcher keeping full guard, as Bowron tries to pass.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bowron trying to control the position from guard on top but Fletcher is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bowron postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Bowron shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Fletcher as he jumps to the side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ryan Bowron. That's going to take a lot out of him. Bowron bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Bowron is breathing heavily. Bowron stands up. Bowron throws a right and a left that Fletcher avoids nicely. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ryan Bowron dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Bowron closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Bowron lands in his opponent's guard. Bowron sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Fletcher's guard. Fletcher tries to get to full guard but Bowron has control of the leg. Bowron not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Bowron not landing any meaningful shots this time. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Bowron seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Fletcher for as long as he can get away with. Fletcher is in trouble now - Bowron has advanced to mount!
That's one minute gone in the round. Fletcher is in a horrible position here. Bowron smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Fletcher is breathing heavily. Bowron looking to finish Fletcher with some ground and pound. This is bad for Fletcher! Fletcher in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bowron prevents Fletcher from getting the reversal. Bowron unloading with bombs! Bowron lands a nice shot to the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bowron in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Bowron can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Fletcher is looking to escape. Bowron has control of Fletcher's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Fletcher regains control of the situation pretty easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bowron working away from the top, dropping strikes. Bowron controlling the pace for now. Bowron working Fletcher over with strikes here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. BOOM! Bowron connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Bowron wants to control the pace but Fletcher is squirming around nicely. Bowron punishing his opponent with strikes. Bowron trying to control but he's not successful this time. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Bowron cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Bowron is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Fletcher can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

That's four minutes gone in the round. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Fletcher tries to hold on but Bowron pushes him away. BOOM! Bowron connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Bowron feints and as Fletcher raises his hands in defense, Bowron changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Bowron lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Bowron wants to control from the top but Fletcher keeps moving. Bowron decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Fletcher, up you get! Fletcher swats away the attempt to clinch by Bowron. Bowron tries for a takedown but Fletcher circles away easily and Fletcher counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Bowron is trying to control but can't.
Bowron on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Bowron tries to get out of the position. Bowron on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Bowron is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Fletcher can do to turn this around? Bowron is trying to stand up here but Fletcher is controlling him well. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bowron is trying to maintain the position but Fletcher is very close to passing his half guard. Bowron keeping hold of Fletcher's head, controlling as best he can. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Fletcher tries to pass to full mount but Bowron defends it. Bowron wants to get back to full guard. Fletcher wants to take a breather but Bowron is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Bowron trying to control but Fletcher is working from the bottom. Ryan Bowron is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Bowron looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Bowron is in close to Fletcher's body, working some short punches and elbows.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bowron keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Fletcher's head. Bowron is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Bowron decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Bowron drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Bowron works a leg free and moves into half guard. Bowron missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bowron is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Fletcher has managed to free his arm - good work. Bowron not doing much here.
Bowron looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Nice strikes from Bowron there. Bowron content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Bowron prevents Fletcher from improving his position.
And that's the end of the fight! Ryan Bowron showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Bowron, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
