Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Bogart Ang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Greywar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bogart Ang! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mike Greywar! The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Winston Howard and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ang feints and as Greywar raises his hands in defense, Ang changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Ang in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Ang postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Ang postures up in Greywar's guard and throws a big left but Greywar blocks it. Ang trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Ang missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Ang is pushing down on Greywar's leg trying to pass to half guard. Greywar is fighting to maintain full guard but Ang has managed to sneak the leg through. Greywar is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Ang scores with a couple of nice shots. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ang is pressing down on Greywar's thigh, looking to free his foot. Greywar is holding on for now. Ang has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Ang looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Ang lands a nice short elbow.
That's one minute gone in the round. Greywar blocking the ground and pound attempt from Ang. Ang sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Greywar defending well though. Ang will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Ang prevents Greywar from improving his position. Ang looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Ang lands strikes from half guard. Ang is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Ang drops an elbow to the side of Greywar's head. Ang works his way into full mount! Ang dominating with strikes here. Ang with the ground and pound from mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ang lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Ang scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Greywar?
Ang misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Greywar should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Ang is landing with some decent strikes but Greywar is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Ang is breathing heavily. Ang landing shots from mount. Ang landing punches. Ang scoring with strikes but Greywar is staying in there. Ang is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Greywar can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Ang throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Ang lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Poor strikes thrown by Ang there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Greywar really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ang. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Ang sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Ang lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Greywar hang on? Ang throwing shots from mount but they're not landing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Greywar is looking to improve his position but Ang isn't that keen on the idea. Greywar in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Greywar is in a horrible position here. Ang smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
A nice elbow there by Ang. Ang working for a guillotine from mount but Greywar is in no mood to give up. Ang throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. Greywar working to try and regain half guard.
Ang with the ground and pound from mount. Ang connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Ang postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Greywar looks a forlorn figure.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ang dominating with strikes here. Ang quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Ang but it's paid off an Greywar is forced to tap! Nice work by Ang.
