Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Argo Surtr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sub Zero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Argo Surtr! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sub Zero! The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ouch! a nice leg kick from Surtr, right into the meat.
Zero decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Zero is looking for a kimura but Surtr is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Zero to get the leverage. Zero is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Surtr has managed to free his arm - good work. Surtr wants to control but Zero is keeping busy.
Surtr is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Surtr is doing well to control the position and prevent Zero from advancing to side control. Zero moves into full mount! Surtr won't be happy about that! Zero with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Surtr knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Zero on the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round. Zero is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Surtr has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Surtr defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Zero. Zero wants to finish this one by submission but Surtr is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Zero. That's two minutes gone in the round. Zero has control of Surtr's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Surtr regains control of the situation pretty easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Surtr gets back to half guard. Zero maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Surtr could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Zero has cracked it and Surtr is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Zero!
