Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Vitor Roque (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tj Marks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Roque comes to the cage accompanied by Parangolé - Balacobaco. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Vitor Roque! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tj Marks! The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Alec Ball and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Roque clinches up with Marks and pushes him back against the cage. Marks wants to break free but Roque has control.
Marks tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Roque smiles and moves away.
Roque throws a series of punches but Marks moves out of range. Marks is trying hard to land a takedown here. Roque sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Roque fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Marks looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Marks throws a push kick but Roque slaps the foot to one side. Marks shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Roque napping and manages to drive through into side control! Marks controlling the position. Roque throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done! A slow jab from Roque misses its intended target. Roque lands a nice shot that snaps Marks's head back.
That's one minute gone in the round. Marks scores with a takedown into Roque's guard. Roque is breathing heavily. Roque keeping moving, preventing Marks from controlling successfully. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Roque wants to stand and escape but Marks is having none of it. Marks with a flurry of punches that miss. Roque trying to keep a closed guard but Marks is proving a slippery customer.
Marks trying to control but Roque is working from the bottom. Marks stops Roque from standing up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Marks is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Tj Marks wasn't active enough on the ground. A swing and a miss from Roque. Marks moves into the clinch. A battle for position here, against the cage. Marks goes for a takedown in the clinch but Roque prevents it.
Vitor Roque has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tj Marks. Marks tries to pull guard but Roque holds him up against the cage and eventually Marks drops back down to his feet.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Roque breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Marks closes the distance but Roque moves to the side and Roque counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. A right-left combo lands from Roque. Vitor Roque seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Marks bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Roque is trying to get back to half guard. Marks trying to control the position but Roque is working away. Marks goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Roque has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Marks but great work by Roque. Marks can't do much from the bottom here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Roque is looking to take a break and control but Marks is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Roque stands up and beckons Marks to his feet. Marks misses with a shot to the body and Roque counters with a three punch combo that has Marks backing up. Marks nods at Roque to acknowledge the strikes. Roque throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Marks's waist but Marks gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Roque off to one side. Marks avoids the body shot from Roque.
Marks gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Roque keeps control of Marks as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Marks wants a takedown but no success here.

Roque gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Marks regains guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Vitor Roque will probably get the nod. That's time! Roque's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Marks gets a takedown into half guard. Marks throws a strike but Roque avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Marks slips nicely into half guard. Marks wants to control but Roque is keeping him busy. Marks stands up out of the half guard. Marks moves forwards but Roque connects with a nice, crisp jab. Vitor Roque is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Roque loads up on a big right hand but Marks slips the punch. Roque scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Marks looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Roque is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Roque is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Marks gets to his feet - Roque follows without any prompting. Marks shoots for a double leg takedown but Roque sprawls well. He's pushed Marks's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Roque connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Roque swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Roque comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Roque tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Marks was well out of range. Poor timing from Roque.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Marks shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Roque counters with a stiff right hand. Roque bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Marks misses with a two punch combination.

Roque scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Roque wants to pass the guard but Marks is defending well. Marks is looking to control Roque's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Marks avoid being mounted? Roque is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Marks still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Marks has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work! Roque wants to get back to his feet but Marks drags him back down.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Marks trying to control the action but Roque is working from the bottom. Roque is looking to get back to his feet here but Marks is keeping cool and he's managed to take Roque's back. Marks trying to control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Roque is trying to get back to his feet but Marks has full control of the position and if anything, Roque has just worked his way into a worse spot. Marks keeps control of the position easily here as Roque tries to buck him off.
Marks is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
Well, with Marks on his back, surely it's only a matter of time before Roque is tapping out... Can he escape the position? Roque can't escape the position.

Tj Marks showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
Marks gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Roque. Marks shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Roque manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Roque wants to stand and escape but Marks is having none of it. Marks stands and throws Roque's legs to the side, diving into side control. Roque is trying to improve his position. Marks is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Roque's shoulder. That is not cool.
That's one minute gone in the round. Roque is looking for a sweep. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Marks gets to mount! Roque was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly. Marks tries to control but Roque wriggling away. Roque tries to get back to half guard but can't. Roque tries to buck Marks off but Marks takes his back! A bit of a pause in the action here. Marks controlling the positon.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Roque trying to get back to his feet but Marks is in full control for now. Roque looking very determined here, making life difficult for Marks.
Marks is throwing strikes by Roque counters by rolling into a better position. After a scramble, Roque regains half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Marks decides to return to a standing position. Roque moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Roque sizes up Marks with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Roque with a poor takedown and Marks counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Marks sitting and controlling from the half guard. Marks wants to stand but Roque has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now. Tj Marks has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Roque blocking the ground and pound attempt from Marks. Roque keeps control of the position for the meantime. Roque looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Roque is trying to stand up here but Marks is controlling him well. Marks is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Roque! Marks wants to control the pace but Roque is squirming around nicely.
And that's the end of the fight! Tj Marks comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Marks has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
