Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Uster Best (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Garland Oars (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Uster Best! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Garland Oars! The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Konstantin Menshow and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Oars closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Best did well to prevent Oars getting side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Best is pressing down on Oars's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Best keeping moving, preventing Oars from controlling successfully. Oars stands and throws Best's legs to the side, diving into side control. Oars scores with punches from side control. Oars working the strikes but Best uses the opportunity to regain half guard. Oars sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Best defending well though. Best regains full guard. Nicely done. Best looking to hit a scissor sweep but Oars is one step ahead there. Oars throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Best works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Best looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Oars stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Best swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Best can't keep his opponent in guard - Oars advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Oars winds up and cracks Best with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Best is staying active underneath Oars, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Oars is looking for a kimura here.
Best is not content to let Oars control the position. Oars takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Best wants to improve his position but Oars is controlling well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Oars is looking to take a break and control but Best is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Oars thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Best is looking for a sweep. Oars is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Oars wants to lay and pray for a moment but Best keeps working. Oars seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Best has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Oars is working away from the top position though. Oars tries to pass to full mount but Best defends it. Oars takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Let's hope that Oars has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Best is trying to get back to full guard. Best moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Best is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Oars is aware though and is defending well. Best working a defensive guard here.
Oars scoring with some ground and pound. Best might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Best looking to control.
Oars looking to pass the guard. Oars wants to control from the top but Best keeps moving.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Oars stands up over Best, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Oars must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Oars forces his way into half guard. Oars tries to pass to full mount but Best defends it. Oars looks to land a strike but Best avoids it nicely and regains full guard. Oarsis looking to pass into half guard but Best pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Best is in guard. Best in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Best stands and throws Oars's legs to the side, diving into side control. Oars struggling a bit here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Garland Oars dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Best lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Oars throws a sloppy body shot
and Oars takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Oars swings widly with a right hand
and Best counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Nice cross by Best. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Oars misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Best.
Oars changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Best looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Best is trying to improve his position. The strikes coming from Oars are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
That's one minute gone in the round. Oars has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Best! Oars landing punches. Best is working to get back to half guard.
Best is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Oars is trying to control here but Best has managed to regain half guard.
Nice strikes from Oars there. Garland Oars has got the better of the ground game so far. Best is trying to maintain the position but Oars is very close to passing his half guard. Oars passes to full mount! Oars working Best over with strikes here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Oars looking to control but Best is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Oars avoids the attempt from Best to control. Oars has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Best's face.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Oars landing punches. Oars is in the full mount, landing strikes.
It looks like Uster Best has been cut. Best is bucking up trying to escape but Oars cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Oars lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Uster Best's cut is getting worse. Oars lands a big shot there that rocks Best but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Uster Best's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Uster Best's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
