Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Frank Esposito (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Itof Meyachev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Meyachev is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Pussy by Rammstein. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Frank Esposito!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Itof Meyachev!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Yves DeLean and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Esposito takes one to the chin there.
Meyachev closes the distance looking to clinch
and Esposito counters with a nice uppercut.
Meyachev tries to grapple but his opponent circles
enabling Esposito to counter with a crisp jab.
Meyachev tries for a takedown but Esposito circles away easily
and Esposito connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.


It looks like Itof Meyachev has been cut.

and Meyachev takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Meyachev drops back, looking for a kneebar! Esposito looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Esposito looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Esposito!
