Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sigge Furst (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Big Dude (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dude misses with a double jab
and Furst counters with a straight right hand.
Dude throws a right and a left that Furst avoids nicely.
Furst swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Sigge Furst seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Furst shoots for a double leg takedown but Dude sprawls well. He's pushed Furst's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Furst dives in and grabs Dude's left leg, looking for a takedown. Dude pushes down on Furst's head and hops out.

and Furst counters with a good low kick that Dude was not able to check.
Dude keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Furst shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Dude pinned against the cage. Dude gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

and Furst counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Dude!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dude looks to land a combination but Furst avoids it well.
Furst changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dude tries to avoid it but Furst manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dude to the ground. Dude escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Horrible takedown by Furst or perhaps it was just good defense by Dude which made him look bad.

Furst shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Dude sprawls well. Dude wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Furst gets slowly back to his feet.

Dude leaves Furst with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Furst throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Dude's waist but Dude gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Furst off to one side.
Furst shoots in but Dude avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Dude throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Furst gets to his feet - back to striking we go!
No joy there for Dude, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Big Dude is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

and Furst decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Dude's guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Dude is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Furst is controlling him.
Sigge Furst is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Furst sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Dude's guard.
Furst has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Dude is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Furst tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Well Furst has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
