Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Boxing Comte! The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Valeri Chadov and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bazelett uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Comte. Comte scores with a jab to the jaw. Jab by Comte. Comte throws a right hand that Bazelett ducks under and follows up with a left that Bazelett also avoids with ease. Comte tries to bum rush Bazelett with a series of wild strikes but Bazelett uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Comte fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bazelett manages to avoid it. Comte scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Bazelett doesn't seem bothered though. Bazelett throws a quick inside leg kick. Comte misses with a jab, cross combination.

Boxing Comte seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Comte throws a nice looking combination but Bazelett bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Comte keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Comte scores with a hook. Bazelett lands with a thumping leg kick.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Comte can do anything to dispel that myth. Bazelett wants to lay and pray for a moment but Comte keeps working. Bazelett is working for a submission of some sort.
Bazelett not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Comte really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bazelett. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Bazelett looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Boxing Comte will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Comte stuffs the takedown. Bazelett fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Comte gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Bazelett slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Bazelett trying to control but Comte is working from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bazelett tries to free his leg and advance position but Comte is retaining full guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Bazelett advances position into side control! Comte is looking to regain half guard here but Bazelett keeps moving and retains side control.

Comte is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Comte avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Bazelett. Comte throws Bazelett to one side and escapes! A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Bazelett. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dustin Bazelett. That's going to take a lot out of him. That's two minutes gone in the round. Nice straight punches there by Comte. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Comte. Comte shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. A nice leg kick lands there from Bazelett. Bazelett slips a jab and a cross from Comte.

Comte tests Bazelett's chin there with a solid looking shot. Bazelett looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Comte is fending him off so far but Bazelett persists. Nope, Comte circles away and we're back to standing. Bazelett fails with the takedown. Comte throws a combination that misses and Bazelett counters with an outside leg kick.
A combination from Comte does no damage. Bazelett throws a sloppy head kick and Comte moves out of range easily. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Bazelett fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Comte fails to land with a series of punches.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Boxing Comte will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Comte manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Comte takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Bazelett is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Bazelett has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Comte is trying to keep an underhook but Bazelett manages to get the takedown into half guard. Comte pushes Bazelett off looking to stand but Bazelett dives back in and keeps control.
Dustin Bazelett has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Bazelett is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Comte is just riding it out for now. Bazelett eventually gives up the hold. Comte blocking the ground and pound attempt from Bazelett.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Boxing Comte. I've got Comte winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
