Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between David Bowie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anderson Sliva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bowie kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Sound and vision. Sliva is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Downtime. David Bowie has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Alexandre Firmino and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bowie looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Sliva circles away from the clinch attempt.
A head kick misses from Bowie.
Bowie tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Bowie clinches up with Sliva and pushes him back against the cage.
Bowie tries a knee to the head but Sliva blocks it.
Bowie breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Sliva looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bowie is fending him off so far but Sliva persists. Nope, Bowie circles away and we're back to standing.
Sliva gets a clinch.
Sliva tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Bowie just stands there and leans against the cage.
Stalling in the clinch from Bowie.
Bowie scores a nice knee to the body.
Bowie lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Bowie escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Bowie smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bowie fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Sliva, pushing him back against the cage.
Bowie with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
Bowie breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Bowie tries to clinch but Sliva moves out of range.
Bowie gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Bowie lands a good knee to the midsection. Sliva won't want to take too many of those.
Sliva looks gassed!
Bowie scores with a knee to the head.
Bowie breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bowie throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Sliva counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Sliva looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Bowie catches Sliva with a right, a left, a right. It's raining punches and Sliva forgot an umbrella! Another punch and he's down. This one is over!
