Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Arm N (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gino Ramirez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). N comes to the cage accompanied by I Don't Like the Look of It. The crowd seem to be enjoying Ramirez's choice of entrance music: Go to sleep. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Arm N! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Gino Ramirez! The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Eddie Farnsworth and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ramirez keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Ramirez misses with a lunging right hand
and N connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Ramirez shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts N as he jumps to the side. N tries to clinch but Ramirez moves away and Ramirez counters with a big head kick but N shrugs it off. Ramirez throws a predictable looking body shot
and N counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Ramirez checks the leg kick nicely there.
N throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Ramirez counters with a straight punch to the midsection. N misses with a shot to the body and Ramirez counters with a left to the body. Arm N seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ramirez circles away from the clinch attempt and Ramirez counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. N keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Ramirez. Ramirez throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent N stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. N thuds a left hand into Ramirez's body.
That's two minutes gone in the round. N moves out of range as Ramirez strikes. N misses with a jab to the body
and Ramirez counters with a lovely straight right hand! Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. N just misses with a punch to the body.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. N throws a leg kick but Ramirez moved away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ramirez cracks N with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. N scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Ramirez has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from N. N misses with a hook. Ramirez ducked under it nicely. N tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
That's four minutes gone in the round. N fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ramirez manages to avoid it. N fails in his attempt to clinch. Decent striking displayed by N there. Ramirez jabs at N's body. Ramirez changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. N tries to avoid it but Ramirez manages to keep hold of a leg and drag N to the ground. N escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. N looks to throw the jab but Ramirez is out of range. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Arm N dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
N wants to clinch and Ramirez counters with a big head kick but N shrugs it off. N fails to land with a series of punches.
N misses with a body shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. N misses the body punch and Ramirez counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Ramirez throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around N's waist but N gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ramirez off to one side.
That's one minute gone in the round. N dips down and scores with a jab to the body. N throws a right hand that Ramirez ducks under and follows up with a left that Ramirez also avoids with ease. N wants to clinch. N lands a nice leg kick that just misses Ramirez's sensitive parts.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. N wants to clinch. Nice cross by N. N swings for the body but Ramirez moves out of range.

and Ramirez decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in N's guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ramirez is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ramirez distracts N with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. N wants to stand and escape but Ramirez is having none of it. N trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Ramirez trying to control the position from guard on top but N is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
We're going to have a standup here because Arm N wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. N rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
so Ramirez counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Ramirez wants to control from the top but N keeps moving. Ramirez trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Gino Ramirez showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Ramirez throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. N darts in trying to clinch and Ramirez counters with a nice body shot.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. N tries to clinch there but Ramirez circles away.

N ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Ramirez moves away. N wants to clinch up but Ramirez keeps it at a distance. Ramirez throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. N throws a poor cross that misses
and Ramirez counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ramirez is keen to just control but N is a slippery customer. N gets full guard. Ramirez loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Ramirez showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Ramirez prevents N from getting back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. N keeping moving, preventing Ramirez from controlling successfully. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gino Ramirez has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. N throws a body punch but Ramirez moves out of range. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. N thows a body shot but no joy. Ramirez uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from N. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A telegraphed right hand from N misses the target. Ramirez fails with a takedown attempt. Ramirez throws a lazy head kick and N counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Ramirez thinking. N scores with a body shot.

and Ramirez counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

N is looking to clinch. Ramirez slips under a jab. Ramirez ducks under a wild hook from N. N throws a lazy right hand but Ramirez sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. N misses with a shot to the body and Ramirez counters with a low kick, right behind N 's knee.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. N scores with a jab to the head.
N misses the body punch and Ramirez counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. N moves to clinch but Ramirez breaks away and Ramirez decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in N's guard. N looking to control.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Ramirez is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Ramirez trying to control but N is working from the bottom.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Arm N wasn't doing enough on the ground. N moves to clinch but Ramirez breaks away and Ramirez counters with a nice leg kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. N misses the shot to the body. N lands a jab to Ramirez's midsection. N misses with a body punch
and Ramirez counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for N! Ramirez controlling from mount. N really trying hard to get back to half guard here.

Gino Ramirez dominated that fourth round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

The fight stays on the outside here - N looks like he's thinking about clinching though. N is looking to wear down Ramirez with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. N tries to clinch up but Ramirez circles away and keeps his distance.
That's one minute gone in the round. A lazy body kick from Ramirez and N cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Arm N is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. N throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
N takes a swing at Ramirez's ribcage but misses. N tries to clinch up. N slips under a jab.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. N takes a swing at Ramirez's ribcage but misses. Arm N is winning the standup battle so far. Nice uppercut there from Ramirez. N lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Ramirez at a distance.

That's three minutes gone in the round. N tries to close the distance and clinch but Ramirez swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. N stuffs the takedown. Ramirez showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from N.
N takes a swing at Ramirez's ribcage but misses. Ramirez tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Arm N has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Gino Ramirez is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Ramirez fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
And that's the end of the fight! Arm N showed his dominance in that final round. I think Ramirez has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
