Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Markus Weyring (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rayden Machinator (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Machinator has chosen Queen - 'We Will Rock You' as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Markus Weyring!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Rayden Machinator!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Bruno Hogan and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Weyring shoots and misses
and Weyring takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Weyring clinches up against the cage.
Weyring tries for a takedown but Machinator manages to get underhooks.
Weyring is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Markus Weyring. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Machinator stalls.
Weyring looking for a takedown.
Machinator looking to throw knees to the head but Weyring is blocking nicely.
Weyring drops down looking for an ankle pick but Machinator pulls his leg out and moves away.
Machinator takes a swing at Weyring's ribcage but misses.
Machinator scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Machinator pushes Weyring up against the cage in a clinch.
Machinator fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
A short uppercut from Machinator.
Machinator tries to break free but Weyring pushes him back against the cage.
Weyring pulls guard effortlessly.
Machinator wanted to stand there but Weyring had control of the position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Machinator gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Machinator tries a head kick but it misses.
Machinator tries to clinch but Weyring moves away
and Weyring moves into the clinch.
Machinator misses with a punch to the body.
Weyring gets control of Machinator's arms and successfully pulls guard. Weyring will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Weyring has control of Machinator's left arm, preventing Machinator from doing any damage.
Weyring tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Machinator wants to get up but he can't break Weyring's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Weyring pulls Machinator in close to prevent any damage.
Machinator wants to stand but Weyring is controlling his posture from full guard.
Machinator looks gassed!
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Weyring closes this distance looking for a takedown but Machinator circles away.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Machinator misses with a straight left.
Weyring drives through with a takedown into guard.
Weyring pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Machinator is keeping the position for now.
Weyring scoring with some ground and pound.
Weyring throws a big right hand that misses.
Machinator really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Weyring. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Weyring throwing strikes from guard but Machinator blocks nicely.
Machinator wants to stand up but Weyring is controlling him.
Weyring makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Weyring trying to control but Machinator is working from the bottom.
Weyring controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Machinator wants to stand but Weyring is controlling the position.

Weyring passes Machinator's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Weyring is working for a submission of some sort.
Weyring seems to be working for a kimura but Machinator defends the submission attempt.
Weyring trying to control the action but Machinator is working from the bottom.
Weyring is nestled in close to Machinator, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Weyring is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Machinator is just riding it out for now. Weyring eventually gives up the hold.
Machinator wants to get back to his feet.

Weyring drops an elbow to the side of Machinator's head.
Weyring has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Weyring is looking for a kimura here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Weyring is trying to work for a kimura but Machinator is defending well.
Weyring passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Machinator!
Machinator is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Weyring scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Weyring working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Weyring is working to tighten is grip on Machinator's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Machinator has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Weyring is really squeezing tight and eventually Machinator passes out! Weyring breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
