Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vitali Kachko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hari Rama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Rama's choice of entrance music: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Rap Music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Fedor Mirinova and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kachko looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Rama tries for a takedown but Kachko sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Rama has his takedown stuffed
and Kachko counters with a lovely shot to the body.

Kachko fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Rama on the side of the head.
Kachko falls off balance throwing a combination
and Rama counters with a shoot takedown. Kachko fights it but they end up in guard.
Kachko is looking to stand up but Rama isn't so interested in that idea.

Rama wants to pass the guard but Kachko is keeping the position.
Rama works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Kachko trying to control but Rama postures up.
Rama is trying to control. Kachko wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Rama seems to be working for a kimura but Kachko defends the submission attempt.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Rama perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Rama wants to pass the guard but Kachko is defending well.
Rama is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Rama is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Kachko is just riding it out for now. Rama eventually gives up the hold.

Rama content to control rather than advance.
Rama is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Kachko is refusing to be controlled, as Rama sits in half guard.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Rama is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

Kachko is in trouble now - Rama has advanced to mount!
Rama is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Rama!
