Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ruslan Platunov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Begeman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Begeman has chosen Watcher as his entrance music. James Begeman told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Johanna Lukiainen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab lands there for Begeman.
Begeman misses with a series of wild punches.
Begeman misses with a jab, cross combination.
Begeman throws the kick towards the body but Platunov avoids it.
Begeman lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Platunov at a distance.
Platunov ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Begeman lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Platunov moves out of range as Begeman throws a body kick.
That kick from Begeman tenderised Platunov's leg. Platunov is trying to keep his angry face on.
Platunov with a poor takedown
and Begeman finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Platunov is breathing heavily.
Begeman throws a left that rocks Platunov and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Begeman dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Platunov regain composure!
It looks like Ruslan Platunov has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Begeman decides to stand back up. Begeman steps back and let's Platunov get back to his feet.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Begeman, right into the meat.
It's a brutal combination of punches from Begeman! Platunov is backing up but he can't get away as Begeman lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Platunov and ends the fight. Great knockout.
