Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Tantay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Morgan Kismet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ryan Tantay! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Morgan Kismet! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Yves DeLean and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kismet tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Tantay paws at him with a jab and circles away. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Tantay. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Kismet moves in looking to clinch but Tantay pushes him off. Tantay fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Tantay misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ryan Tantay. That's going to take a lot out of him. Tantay circles away from the clinch attempt.
Tantay feints and as Kismet raises his hands in defense, Tantay changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Kismet has Tantay pulled in close to control his posture. Kismet working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Tantay doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Tantay manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Tantay pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Kismet is keeping the position for now. Tantay is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Kismet is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Kismet has escaped and now he's on top! Tantay striking off his back but it's not causing Kismet any problems.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kismet stands up from Tantay's guard - Kismet perhaps looking for a knockout. Kismet goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
It looks like Ryan Tantay has been cut. Kismet pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Tantay fails to land the takedown. Tantay is breathing heavily. Tantay looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Kismet! Kismet manages to regain half guard. Good work. Kismet is staying active underneath Tantay, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Tantay stalling away here and it's allowed Kismet to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Tantay has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Tantay trying to control the position from guard on top but Kismet is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kismet is looking to sinch up a triangle. Tantay throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Kismet's body to avoid the submission. Kismet has instead reached around Tantay's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Kismet arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
