Man is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Why can't we be friends?. Kratus Pretorian could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to BumbleBee Man's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kratus Pretorian! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, BumbleBee Man! The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Yukihiro Shimada and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Man shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Pretorian wants to get back to his feet.
Man tries to pass the half guard into mount. Pretorian knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Man prevents Pretorian from standing back up.
Man is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Pretorian has managed to free his arm - good work. Man is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Pretorian wants to get back to his feet.
Man looking to control and managing it successfully. Man has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Pretorian's face.
Man is working for a guillotine from mount but Pretorian frees his head quite easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Man wants to finish this one by submission but Pretorian is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Man. Man won't let Pretorian get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now. Man controlling from the full mount. You get the feeling that Pretorian really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Man sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Man scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Man takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Man raining down hammerfists from mount. The referee warns Pretorian that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Man controlling his opponent. Man trying to control but he's not successful this time. Man pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Pretorian's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Man is landing with some decent strikes but Pretorian is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Pretorian wants to try and get back to his feet. Man with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

Man wants to control the pace but Pretorian is squirming around nicely. Man won't let Pretorian get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now. Man has control of Pretorian's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Pretorian regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Man controlling his opponent. Man landing shots from mount. Pretorian is trying to stand. Man has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Man can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Pretorian is looking to escape. Pretorian is trying to get back to his feet but can't. Man controlling his opponent. Man's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Man breaks from Pretorian's wrist control and lands an elbow. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Man controlling the pace for now. Man working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Pretorian turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Man off and cradles Pretorian's limp body as Man celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). BumbleBee Man!
