Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bareris Anskuld (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Struker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Bareris Anskuld! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Tommy Struker! The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Thiago Cunha and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Struker scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Anskuld wants to clinch and Struker counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Anskuld lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Struker circles away quickly and effectively. Struker takes the fight into the clinch. Anskuld wants a takedown but no success here.
Anskuld turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Struker is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Anskuld is controlling him well. The ground and pound from Anskuld seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Struker is pushing Anskuld's head away, looking to escape. Anskuld manages to hold on to the position though. You can see the frustration on Struker's face as Anskuld controls the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Anskuld tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Anskuld has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Struker tries to escape but Anskuld is in control. Anskuld trying to control the position but Struker is working away. Struker is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Anskuld is controlling him well. Anskuld tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Struker pushes Anskuld away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Anskuld gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Struker tries to stand and escape but Anskuld is controlling the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The fighters are battling for position here. Anskuld manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Anskuld pulls Struker in close to prevent any damage. Struker wants to stand but Anskuld is controlling his posture from full guard. Anskuld manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Struker wants to try and get back to his feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bareris Anskuld dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Anskuld closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Well, if Anskuld is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Struker tries to kick Anskuld off but Anskuld keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Struker pushes Anskuld off but Anskuld dives into side control.
Anskuld wants to control but Struker is keeping him busy. Struker is pushing Anskuld's head away, looking to escape. Anskuld manages to hold on to the position though. Anskuld has an Americana. Struker didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Anskuld is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Anskuld hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
