Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Samurai Jack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wanderlei Bustamante (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bustamante comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Cryin' like a Bitch kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Wanderlei Bustamante acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Samurai Jack! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Wanderlei Bustamante! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Daniel Blasius and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bustamante dives in and grabs Jack's left leg, looking for a takedown. Jack pushes down on Bustamante's head and hops out. Jack throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Bustamante misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Jack connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Jack staying out of range there. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Jack. Jack lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Jack throws a front kick that sends Bustamante stumbling back into the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bustamante fails with the takedown. Jack throws a solid leg kick but Bustamante takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Jack. Jack lands with a nice body kick. Jack tries a head kick but it misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bustamante keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Nice body kick there by Jack. Jack is looking to slow Bustamante down with leg kicks. Jack throws a sloppy head kick and Bustamante moves out of range easily. Samurai Jack seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bustamante fails with the takedown and Jack counters with an outside leg kick.
Samurai Jack has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Wanderlei Bustamante.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bustamante misses with a hook
and Jack counters with a body kick. Jack throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Bustamante blocks a head kick by Jack.
Bustamante shoots in but Jack avoids the takedown attempt easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jack tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Jack throws a head kick but Bustamante moves out of range.
Bustamante throws a series of punches but Jack avoids them all with ease. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Samurai Jack dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
A chopping leg kick lands by Jack. Bustamante avoids the head kick by Jack.
Jack lands a front kick. Jack looks to land a body kick but Bustamante moved away. Jack comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bustamante on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Jack tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Bustamante misses with a takedown and Jack counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Jack lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jack misses with a few strikes there.
Bustamante blocks a leg kick. Bustamante gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Jack counters with a head kick. That will keep Bustamante thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Jack cracks Bustamante with a good jab. Bustamante is trying desperately to land a takedown but Jack is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Bustamante.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bustamante avoids the head kick by Jack.
Jack lunges at Bustamante with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Bustamante's hand. Bustamante looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Bustamante tries for a takedown but Jack circles away easily and Jack counters with a body kick that stops Bustamante in his tracks momentarily. Samurai Jack has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Wanderlei Bustamante.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bustamante moves out of range of the body kick from Jack.
Jack fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Bustamante. Jack lands with a nice combination. Bustamante backs away looking to recover. Jack turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Samurai Jack dominated that second round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Jack misses with a wild body shot. Jack throws a head kick but Bustamante moves out of range.
Jack tries to land a front kick but Bustamante steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bustamante shoots for a takedown but Jack saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. A solid body kick from Jack. Jack gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Bustamante throwing strikes from guard but Jack blocks nicely. Bustamante has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Jack pulls Bustamante in close to his closed guard and prevents Bustamante from doing any damage or advancing position. Bustamante is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jack keeping moving, preventing Bustamante from controlling successfully. Bustamante throws a big right hand that misses. Jack trying to control the position.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Samurai Jack wasn't doing enough on the ground. Jack throws a push kick but Bustamante slaps the foot to one side.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jack goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Jack looks to land a body kick but Bustamante moved away. Jack throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Wanderlei Bustamante has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Jack misses with a head kick.
Jack throws a wild body kick that Bustamante sees coming a mile off. Jack misses with a jab to the body
and Bustamante counters with a shoot takedown. Jack fights it but they end up in guard. Bustamante is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Jack is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Jack has escaped and now he's on top! Jack has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Bustamante is proving hard to escape from.
And that's the end of the fight! Wanderlei Bustamante comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Jack has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
