The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pohjanala swings away with a body shot that misses
and Schultz counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Pohjanala connects with a right hand. Schultz shakes it off.
Good exchange - Pohjanala coming out on top.
Pohjanala tries to clinch but Schultz moves away
and Pohjanala takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Pohjanala fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Schultz manages to avoid it.
Pohjanala ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Schultz moves away.
Pohjanala just misses with a punch to the body.
Pohjanala wants to clinch but Schultz slips to the side
and Schultz cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Schultz takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
It looks like Mikey Schultz has been cut.
Pohjanala lands a big head kick that sends Schultz tumbling to the mat! Pohjanala takes a step backwards and waves Schultz back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Schultz is rocked!
Pohjanala misses with a left hand
letting Schultz counter with a right hand.
Schultz is still on wobbly legs! Can Pohjanala finish him?
Schultz looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Pohjanala is fending him off so far but Schultz persists. Nope, Pohjanala circles away and we're back to standing.
Pohjanala looks to land a right hand but Schultz moved out of range.
Pohjanala closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Schultz out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!
