Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ash Webb! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Tyson Bollard! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, William Gold and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bollard will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Webb gets caught flat footed, as Bollard shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Webb not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Bollard is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Webb looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Bollard puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Webb pushes Bollard off looking to stand but Bollard dives back in and keeps control.

Webb keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Webb tries to roll over but Bollard keeps him under control. Webb trying to hold on to Bollard's head to control him but Bollard postures up.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bollard not landing any meaningful shots this time. Webb is looking for a sweep. Bollard is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Bollard is controlling the pace.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Bollard scores with a takedown into Webb's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bollard won't allow Webb to sweep him here. Bollard trying to control but Webb is working from the bottom. Bollard is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Webb is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Bollard is controlling him. Webb keeping moving, preventing Bollard from controlling successfully.

Bollard trying to control but Webb is working from the bottom. Bollard stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Webb swivels though and keeps the full guard. Bollard looks gassed! Webb not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Ash Webb just wasn't active enough. Webb throws a head kick that misses and Bollard counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Bollard. Bollard trying to control the position from guard on top but Webb is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Webb working for submissions but it's allowed Bollard to get to half guard.

Webb with a lazy takedown attempt and Bollard counters with a big head kick but Webb shrugs it off. Webb stuffs the takedown attempt from Bollard. Bollard gets slowly back to his feet. Webb swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Bollard counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Bollard. Bollard avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Webb throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Bollard escapes and throws Webb's legs to the side, diving into side control! Bollard slows the pace down.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bollard swings around for an armbar but Webb sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Bollard's guard. Webb postures up.
Webb postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Bollard is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Webb, into his guard. Webb looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Bollard would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Tyson Bollard has got the better of the ground game so far. Bollard postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Bollard wants to control from the top but Webb keeps moving. Bollard tries to stand but Webb is controlling from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Webb escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bollard gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Webb wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Bollard is now in half guard. Bollard seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Webb works his way to full guard. Good work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Bollard gets to his feet. Webb looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Bollard doesn't succeed with the takedown and Webb counters with a takedown into side control. Webb tries for a kimura but Bollard is defending well. Webb working the ground and pound from side control. Bollard prevents Webb from moving into mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Tyson Bollard will probably get the nod - 10:9. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Bollard is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Webb is aware though and is defending well. Bollard is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Bollard not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Webb gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Bollard shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Webb napping and manages to drive through into side control! Webb manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.

Ash Webb has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Tyson Bollard is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Webb has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Bollard is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Webb.
And that's the end of the fight! Ash Webb showed his dominance in that final round. I think Bollard has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
