Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dirk Gable (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Spencer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jimmy Spencer is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dirk Gable! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jimmy Spencer! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Alan Glass and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gable is looking to clinch but Spencer is avoiding it.
Gable gets in close and instigates a clinch. Spencer tightens his grip and picks Gable up, before dumping him to the ground. Gable manages to land in guard. Spencer being controlled here momentarily. Gable tries to land a sweep but no joy. Gable lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Spencer!
That's one minute gone in the round. Gable controlling from mount. Spencer is desperately trying to improve his position but Gable has a good base and remains in mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Gable controlling the position easily from mount. Spencer blocking the ground and pound. Spencer wants to hold on but Gable pushes him away. Gable controlling from mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Dirk Gable has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Spencer drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Gable tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jimmy Spencer dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Gable looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Gable tries to free his leg and advance position but Spencer is retaining full guard. Gable controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Dirk Gable wasn't doing enough on the ground. Spencer closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Spencer lands in his opponent's guard. Gable wants to sweep but no luck. Spencer showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Gable has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Dirk Gable just wasn't active enough. Gable clinches up against the cage. Spencer has Gable pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Spencer pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Gable tumbling to the mat - Spencer dives into Gable's guard. Gable lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Spencer!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gable sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Gable's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Gable thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Jimmy Spencer will probably get the nod - 10:9. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Gable tries to close the distance and clinch up but Spencer swats him away and circles back towards the center. Gable jabs at Spencer's body. Spencer gets in close and instigates a clinch. Gable wants to get back to striking at distance but Spencer won't allow it.
Spencer is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Gable can't fight it off and eventually Spencer manages to take the fight to the floor. Gable looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Gable seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Gable tries to land a sweep but no joy.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Spencer closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Gable decides to pull guard. Gable pulls Spencer in close to prevent any damage. Spencer preventing the sweep.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Gable swings away with a leg kick that misses. Gable misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Spencer shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Gable keeps control of the position for the meantime.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gable is looking for a sweep. Spencer is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Gable is staying active underneath Spencer, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Jimmy Spencer wasn't active enough on the ground. Spencer scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. You can see the frustration on Gable's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gable is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Spencer is one step ahead and moves to full mount! Dirk Gable has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Gable slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Jimmy Spencer is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Gable looking for submissions off his back.
And that's the end of the fight! Jimmy Spencer comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Spencer winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
