Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Edward Wong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hidehiko Yamamoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wong comes to the cage accompanied by CKY - Fat Fuck. Yamamoto has chosen Wage Slaves - All Shall Perish as his entrance music. Hidehiko Yamamoto has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Edward Wong's chin.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hidehiko Yamamoto!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Taro Takaoka and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yamamoto throws a head kick but Wong moves out of range.
Yamamoto should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

and Wong counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Yamamoto walks into a jab.
Yamamoto tries to land a body kick
enabling Wong to counter with a crisp jab.
Yamamoto misses with a head kick.
Yamamoto tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Yamamoto pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Yamamoto throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Wong shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Yamamoto manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Wong controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Wong has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
We're going to have a standup here because Edward Wong wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
A head kick by Yamamoto misses
and Wong counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Yamamoto!
Wong takes Yamamoto's back. Could be looking for a rear naked choke here - either way, Yamamoto is in trouble.
Wong cracks Yamamoto with a big shot to body and one to the head - really punishing Yamamoto from the back mount here, looking to soften him up.

Yamamoto covering up well under a series of strikes from Wong.
Wong is persistently looking for the submission but Yamamoto is defending it well.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Wong keeps control of the position easily here as Yamamoto tries to buck him off.

Wong has his opponent's back and is working for the choke.

Wong is working for a rear naked choke. Yamamoto is not defending it well and Wong has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Yamamoto refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Yamamoto's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
