The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lavin looking to score a takedown here. Jemelianko is defending well but Lavin drives through and ends up in Jemelianko's guard.
Lavin avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Lavin drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Lavin jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Jemelianko escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Lavin gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Lavin drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Lavin as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Jemelianko screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Lavin! Nice submission victory there!
