Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Owen Erskine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mario Turk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Erskine comes into the arena with Headstrong-Trapt blaring out of the sound system. Turk has chosen Y'all must've forgot as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Turk tries for a takedown but Erskine circles away easily and Erskine makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Erskine jabbing away but nothing is landing. Erskine lands with an overhand left. Turk misses with a left hand and Erskine counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Turk staying out of range there. Turk throws a combination that misses letting Erskine counter with a right hand. Turk tries for a takedown but Erskine circles away easily enabling Erskine to counter with a crisp jab. Turk looks to clinch and Erskine counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Turk doesn't succeed with the takedown and Erskine counters with a stiff right hand. Owen Erskine has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mario Turk. Erskine stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Turk shoots and misses and Erskine counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Turk misses with a takedown attempt and Erskine counters with a body kick. Turk looks gassed! Turk with a lazy takedown attempt and Erskine counters with a straight right hand. Erskine scores with a jab.
That's one minute gone in the round. Turk gets off balance looking for a body kick and Erskine cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Turk gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Erskine counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Turk on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Turk with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Erskine to score with a decent uppercut. Erskine throws a good cross that connects.
Turk moves away from the strike by Erskine. Mario Turk seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A jab from Erskine finds it's way through Turk's defenses. Erskine tests Turk's chin there with a solid looking shot. Turk misses with a double jab
and Erskine counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Turk thinking. Owen Erskine is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Erskine throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Erskine with a body punch. A glancing blow. Erskine throws a hook but Turk avoids it easily. Turk bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Erskine lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. A big right from Erskine misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Erskine stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Turk slips a straight right by Erskine. Turk gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Erskine connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Turk doesn't succeed with the takedown and Erskine counters with a nice uppercut. Turk takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Turk is trying desperately to land a takedown but Erskine is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Turk. Turk fails with the takedown and Erskine counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Turk with a lazy takedown attempt and Erskine counters with an outside leg kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Erskine connects with a nice looking jab.
Turk ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. A punch lands to the side of Turk 's head but he takes it in his stride. Turk gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Erskine counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Erskine clobbers Turk with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Turk moves out of range of the body kick from Erskine.
Erskine lands a jab to the head.
Turk has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye. Erskine bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Turk's head. Turk with a lazy takedown attempt enabling Erskine to counter with a crisp jab. Erskine stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Erskine throws an overhand right that lands on Turk's shoulder, as Turk tries to avoid the shot. Turk throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Erskine counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Donk. Erskine catches Turk right on the button with a cross. Erskine throws a leg kick which misses Turk's front leg but catches the back leg as Turk tries to avoid it. Erskine looks to throw the jab but Turk is out of range. Erskine is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Erskine lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Erskine pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Turk gets a takedown into half guard. Erskine flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Erskine is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Erskine is trying to control but can't.
Erskine is holding on to half guard well. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Erskine manages to get to full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Owen Erskine dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Erskine is fending him off so far but Turk persists. Nope, Erskine circles away and we're back to standing. Erskine looks to land a right hand but Turk moved out of range. Turk tries for a takedown but Erskine circles away easily and Erskine counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Owen Erskine has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mario Turk. Turk tries to clinch but fails miserably and Erskine counters with a nice uppercut. Erskine takes one on the button. Turk is breathing heavily. Turk fails with the takedown and Erskine counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Erskine connects with a body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. Turk gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Erskine darts in and out, connecting with a jab. A thudding body kick lands there by Erskine!
Turk closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Erskine bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Turk's head backwards. Erskine misses with a looping left. Turk throws a head kick that misses and Erskine counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Turk swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Erskine counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Turk on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Erskine lands a nice shot that snaps Turk's head back.

Left hook, right uppercut from Erskine. Turk moves out of range of the strikes. Turk falls off balance throwing a combination
letting Erskine counter with a right hand. Erskine with a body punch. A glancing blow. Turk shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Erskine counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Turk on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Mario Turk is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Erskine thuds his right hand into Turk's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Erskine jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Turk misses with a takedown and Erskine counters with a lovely straight right hand! Turk on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Erskine cracks Turk with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Erskine throws a series of strikes that have Turk backpedaling.
Erskine missing with a left hand there. Turk was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Erskine lands with a thumping leg kick.
Erskine scores with a punch to the head. Turk darts in trying to clinch and Erskine counters with a straight right hand. Turk shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Erskine counters with a straight right hand. Turk takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Turk moves to clinch but Erskine breaks away and Erskine counters with a nice body shot. Erskine is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Turk can do to turn this around? We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! A combination from Erskine does no damage. Erskine misses with a looping right. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Owen Erskine dominated that second round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

"Ole!" shouts Erskine as he jumps to the side. Erskine lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Erskine stalks Turk and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Turk's face. Turk staggers backwards, shaken. Erskine missing with a left hand there. Turk was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Turk takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. A cross from Erskine lands. Turk misses with a hook
letting Erskine counter with a right hand. A big right from Erskine misses. Good leg kick by Erskine there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

and Erskine counters with a stiff right hand. Turk misses with a takedown attempt and Turk takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Erskine jabs Turk right on the nose. Turk blinks but takes it well. Turk on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Erskine misses with an uppercut. Turk saw that one coming. Turk walks into a straight right hand from Erskine. A low kick from Turk is predictable there enabling Erskine to counter with a crisp jab. Erskine throws a right and a left that both miss. Turk takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Turk misses with a takedown attempt letting Erskine counter with a right hand.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Erskine works the jab nicely. Erskine looks to land a right hand but Turk moved out of range. Turk drops his hands momentarily and Erskine takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Erskine throws out a loose jab but Turk uses good head movement to avoid it. Turk shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Erskine as he avoids it easily. Erskine throws a push kick but Turk slaps the foot to one side. Owen Erskine is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Turk misses with a combination
and Erskine counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Erskine lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Erskine connects with a right hand. Turk shakes it off. Turk shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Erskine but Erskine pushes him off and we're back to square one. Erskine throws an overhand right that lands on Turk's shoulder, as Turk tries to avoid the shot. Erskine's jab looks to have found its range, popping Turk under the eye.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Turk walks into a jab. Turk shoots in but doesn't get the takedown letting Erskine counter with a right hand. Erskine swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Turk. Erskine throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Turk takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Erskine scores with a nice head shot. Turk shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Erskine counters with a nice uppercut. Erskine throws an overhand right that lands on Turk's shoulder, as Turk tries to avoid the shot. Erskine throws a shot from downtown. Turk moves away and avoids it. Erskine cracks Turk with a good jab. Erskine bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Erskine stuns Turk with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
And that's the end of the fight! Owen Erskine showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Erskine, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
