Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bucco Bruce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Murheellinen Vilkuttaja (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vilkuttaja throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Bruce was covering up waiting for the punch and Vilkuttaja finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Vilkuttaja closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Bruce shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Vilkuttaja counters with a left and a right that stings Bruce.

Bruce is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Vilkuttaja gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bucco Bruce. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Bruce keeps control of Vilkuttaja as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Bruce is trying to maintain a safe position but Vilkuttaja gets an underhook and turns Bruce into the cage.
Vilkuttaja jumps guard and drags Bruce to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Well Vilkuttaja has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
