Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jerry Steel!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Gregory Folan and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steel wants to clinch up but Saunders keeps it at a distance.
The fight stays on the outside here - Steel looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Saunders displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
It looks like Jerry Steel has been cut.
Oooooh!!! Saunders has knocked Steel down with a huge combo! Saunders steps away and waves a wobbly Steel back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Steel is rocked!
Saunders slips a straight right by Steel.
Steel wants to clinch.
Steel shoots for a takedown but Saunders saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Steel is trying hard to land a takedown here. Saunders sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Saunders swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Steel counters with a nice double leg into guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Steel pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Saunders is keeping the position for now.
Steel stands up and waves to Saunders to follow him.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Steel takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
A jab from Saunders does it's job there.
Saunders comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Steel looks gassed!
Saunders jabs at Steel's body.
Richard Saunders is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Saunders scores with a one two! Steel had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Saunders throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Steel crashing down! Steel tries to stagger back to his feet but Saunders just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Steel asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Richard Saunders!
