Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between TJ Grant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Kronic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, TJ Grant! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jake Kronic! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Gregory Folan and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kronic circles away from the clinch attempt.
A combination from Kronic does no damage. Grant tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Grant keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Some wild striking there from Grant.
Kronic swats away the attempt to clinch by Grant. Kronic shoots in but Grant avoids the takedown attempt easily. Kronic misses with a kick to the body.
Grant tries to clinch up but Kronic circles away and keeps his distance. Grant has managed to clinch.
Kronic wants to break the clinch but can't.
Kronic has Grant pressed against the cage.
Kronic has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Grant clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Grant prevents Kronic from getting a body triangle. Grant turns into Kronic and is now in his guard.
Grant preventing the sweep.
That's one minute gone in the round. Grant tries to free his leg and advance position but Kronic is retaining full guard. Kronic throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Grant sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Kronic's guard. Kronic looks gassed! Grant wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kronic keeps working. It looks like Grant is going to stand back up.
Kronic is defending against the submission attempts here by Grant.
Grant lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Grant tries to stand but his arm is trapped. Grant is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Kronic doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Grant.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Grant seems to be working for a kimura but Kronic defends the submission attempt. Kronic regains full guard. Nicely done. Kronic looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Kronic is looking to sinch up a triangle. Grant throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Kronic's body to avoid the submission. Kronic has instead reached around Grant's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Kronic arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Jake Kronic!
