Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bubba Bubba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Myles Turgan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Bubba looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Turgan has picked Bubba up and slammed him! Bubba can't keep hold of the triangle and Turgan manages to pass to side control!

Turgan tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Turgan has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Bubba has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Turgan is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Turgan has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Bubba uses from the top position.

Bubba drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Turgan manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Bubba has Turgan in his guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Turgan is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Bubba is controlling Turgan's position as best he can from this difficult position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Still in half guard, Turgan seems content to control.
Bubba is looking to control Turgan's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Bubba avoid being mounted?
Bubba Bubba has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Turgan wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bubba keeps working.
Myles Turgan is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Well Turgan has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
