The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ishakima lands with a right hand.
Ishakima thuds a left hand into Mohammed's body.
Mohammed misses with a body punch
and Ishakima counters with a straight right hand.
Mohammed misses with a shot to the body
and Ishakima counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Ishakima is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Ishakima, as that shot connected.
Ishakima pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Mohammed back to the cage. Ishakima follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Mohammed closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ishakima circles away.
Mohammed throws a lazy uppercut
and Ishakima counters with a left right combination that sends Mohammed crashing to the mat - Ishakima wastes no time in diving on top of him and pounding Mohammed out for a TKO! Devastating finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hiroki Ishakima!
