Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jason Cook (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pixar Bonan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bonan has chosen Morbid Angel - Immortal Rites as his entrance music. Pixar Bonan is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Pixar Bonan!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Winston Howard and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cook throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Bonan tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Cook is in Bonan's guard.
Bonan is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Cook is controlling him.
Cook tries to free his leg and advance position but Bonan is retaining full guard.
Cook passes Bonan's left leg - he's now in half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Cook takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Bonan is looking to escape.
Cook uses his free foot to push down on Bonan's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Bonan.
Bonan in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
It looks like Pixar Bonan has been cut.
Cook working the ground and pound effectively.
Cook is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Bonan can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Cook has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Bonan is trying desperately to improve position.

Bonan wants to control but Cook is having none of it.
Cook fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
The cut above Pixar Bonan's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Bonan can do anything to dispel that myth.
The referee warns Bonan that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Cook pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Cook lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Bonan hang on?
Pixar Bonan's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Pixar Bonan's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
