Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Junior Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Wylde Rhoads (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
letting Wylde Rhoads counter with a right hand.
Silva shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Wylde Rhoads defends it nicely.
Wylde Rhoads takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Wylde Rhoads misses with a hook
and Silva counters with a nice double leg into side control. Wylde Rhoads won't be happy with that.
Silva wants to control for a moment but Wylde Rhoads uses the opportunity to move back to half guard.

Silva tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Silva has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Silva, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
