Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dennis Wise (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Otakar Janecky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Janecky is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Strauss - Radetzky March. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dennis Wise! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
14 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Otakar Janecky! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Saam Ante and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wise throws a poor cross that misses
and Janecky counters with a stiff right hand. Janecky throws a lazy right hand but Wise sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Janecky shoots in looking for a takedown but Wise manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Janecky's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Janecky misses with a hook
and Wise counters with a one-two to the body. A chopping leg kick lands by Wise. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Janecky slips a jab and a cross from Wise.
Wise is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Janecky misses the body punch and Wise counters with a lovely shot to the body. Wise avoids the body shot from Janecky.

That's one minute gone in the round. Wise misses with a jab to the body
and Wise takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Wise rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Janecky counters with a stiff right hand. Wise misses with a left hand and Janecky counters with a nice body shot. Janecky misses with a lunging right hand
and Wise connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Janecky steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Wise. Wise swings widly with a right hand
and Janecky counters with a left to the body. Wise takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Janecky fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Wise manages to avoid it. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Janecky with a lazy takedown attempt enabling Wise to counter with a crisp jab. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Wise lands the left hand. Wise misses the body punch and Janecky counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Janecky. Janecky throwing strikes but missing. Janecky drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Wise dives on top into guard. Wise showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Wise wanted to stand there but Janecky had control of the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Janecky looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Janecky is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Janecky is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Wise trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Janecky is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Wise defends well. Wise wanted to stand there but Janecky had control of the position. Wise has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Janecky keeping moving, preventing Wise from controlling successfully. Wise not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Janecky looking to control.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Janecky is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Wise is aware though and is defending well. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Wise trying to control the position from guard on top but Janecky is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Dennis Wise has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Janecky staying out of range there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A shot to the body from Wise misses and Janecky counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Wise throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Wise takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Janecky throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Dennis Wise is winning the standup battle so far. Wise uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Janecky.
Wise drops his hands momentarily and Janecky takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Nice defenses there by Janecky. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wise throws an off balance right hand
and Janecky makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. A looping hook to the body misses from Wise. Janecky does a little dance to reset his feet. Janecky jabs at Wise's body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Janecky slips a straight right by Wise. Janecky is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Wise rather than just go for the knockout. Janecky thuds his right hand into Wise's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Wise throws a poor cross that misses
and Janecky makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Janecky thows a body shot but no joy. Wise takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. A bone on bone clash there as Janecky blocks the leg kick.
Janecky uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Wise. Wise thuds his right hand into Janecky's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Janecky connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Wise tries to move into range but Janecky moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Janecky throws a big shot that misses. Wise misses with a lunging right hand
and Janecky counters with a lovely straight right hand! Wise throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Janecky counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Wise throws a right hand that Janecky ducks under and follows up with a left that Janecky also avoids with ease. Janecky lands with a right hand. Janecky misses with a takedown letting Wise counter with a right hand.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Janecky misses the shot to the body. Wise looks to score with a jab to the body but Janecky is just out of range. Janecky throws a lazy uppercut
and Wise connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. A jab lands there for Janecky. Janecky swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Janecky checks a low kick from Wise. Janecky connects with a right hand. Wise shakes it off.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Janecky throws a right hand that misses
enabling Wise to counter with a crisp jab. Wise takes a swing at Janecky's ribcage but misses. Janecky throws a body punch but Wise moves out of range. Wise connects with a good right hand that stumbles Janecky. Janecky circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Janecky fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Wise manages to avoid it. Wise pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Janecky dodges the punch combination from Wise.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Otakar Janecky will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Janecky misses with an uppercut. Wise saw that one coming. Janecky lunges at Wise with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Wise's hand. Wise fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

so Janecky counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Wise is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Wise wants to stand and escape but Janecky is having none of it. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Wise managing to control the position. Janecky throws a strike but Wise rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
That's one minute gone in the round. Janecky trying to keep a closed guard but Wise is proving a slippery customer.
Janecky is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Wise defends well. Wise wants to stand but Janecky is controlling his posture from full guard. Janecky looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Wise passes into side control.
Wise knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Janecky on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Janecky gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Janecky tries to get to full guard but Wise has control of the leg. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Janecky trying to control here.
Janecky looking for submissions from an awkward position here. The fighters are battling for position here. Janecky manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wise got a little sloppy there for a moment and Janecky has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Wise has managed to get both his arms back between Janecky's legs - danger averted. Janecky throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Janecky working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Wise has passed into half guard!
Janecky takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Janecky trying to control from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Janecky is pressing down on Wise's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Janecky looking to control.
Janecky escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Wise gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Wise has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Janecky is proving hard to escape from. Wise trying to control the position from guard on top but Janecky is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Janecky working for submissions but it's allowed Wise to get to half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Otakar Janecky comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Janecky has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
