Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Billy Kincaid! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Miron Zapedowski! The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Patrick Alders and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kincaid gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Zapedowski to score an easy takedown into full guard. Kincaid is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Kincaid will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Zapedowski wants to get back to his feet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kincaid landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Kincaid has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Kincaid slips a nice elbow through Zapedowski's hands, connecting with Zapedowski's forehead. Kincaid prevents Zapedowski from improving his position. Zapedowski manages to get to full guard.

That's one minute gone in the round. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kincaid accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Zapedowski wants to sweep but no luck. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Zapedowski can do anything to dispel that myth. Kincaid postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Kincaid postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Zapedowski avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Kincaid keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Zapedowski's head. Kincaid working some strikes from top position. Zapedowski utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Kincaid chips away with some ground and pound. Kincaid scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Zapedowski is rocked! Kincaid gets to his feet and stands over Zapedowski, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Zapedowski felt that one! Kincaid unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Zapedowski from any more punishment!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:03 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Billy Kincaid!
