Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, George Francis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Claremont shoots for a double leg takedown but Lette sprawls well. He's pushed Claremont's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Claremont tries for a takedown but Lette sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

That was a close round but I would say that Matt Claremont will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Claremont closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Lette to the mat! Lette manages to get full guard.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Claremont here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

Claremont slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
