Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ohad Everett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rob Morris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Everett comes to the cage accompanied by Dont Monkey With Another Mans Monkey. Morris is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Warriors. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ohad Everett! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rob Morris! The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Russell Pearce and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Everett shoots in looking for a takedown. Morris tries to sprawl out of it but Everett keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Morris manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Morris tries to close the distance and clinch but Everett swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Everett slips a jab and a cross from Morris.
Morris throws a head kick but Everett moves out of range.
Morris closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Morris landing knees to the body.
Morris breaks from the clinch.
Morris tries to clinch up but Everett circles away and keeps his distance. Morris drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Morris tries to stand but Everett is controlling from the bottom. Everett is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Morris working some strikes from top position. Everett is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
That's one minute gone in the round. Morris trying to control the position from guard on top but Everett is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Everett is pulling down on Morris's head. It's preventing any offense from Morris, at least for the moment. Everett is breathing heavily. Everett keeping full guard, as Morris tries to pass.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Everett circles away from the clinch attempt.
Morris keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Morris scores with the left hand. Everett knows he should have avoided that one.
It looks like Ohad Everett has been cut. Morris lands a hook that stumbles Everett back into the cage. Morris follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Everett to the canvas! Morris pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Everett has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Rob Morris!
